Initial Meeting – Get to know the team and let us know what your dream build looks, feels and consists of. We’ll give you honest reliable advice on the best way to help you achieve this.

Design & Quoting – Sit down with Sam and our local draftsman and we’ll work on preliminary plans, then we’ll begin to work on the cost of your new home so that you’ll have a clear picture of what to expect.

Quote Acceptance & Approvals – Our team will take care of each step of the DA process. We’ll organise the soil classification report, the survey report, all engineering and the online lodgement.

Selections – During and following Council approval you’ll make your selections for the specific items and inclusions that you want present in your new home. We’re always willing to help and can give you advice where needed.

Construction –You will be invited onsite throughout the build for walk-throughs to see the progress as your home comes together, we are only a phone call away if you have any questions.

Handover – Once Sam and Sarah are happy with your new home and everything meets your expectations we will do a full walk-through with you and hand over your manuals, warranties, receipts, documents, and most importantly, your keys.

Follow Up Care – All SJ White Constructions builds come with a maintenance and warranty period.
